Youth and Media Praised for Defending Against Indian Disinformation
The COAS highlighted the vital role of Pakistani youth and media in countering India’s disinformation campaign, calling them a “steel wall” against foreign propaganda. He also paid tribute to the nation’s scientists, engineers, and diplomats for their critical contributions during the conflict.

The dinner was attended by President Asif Ali Zardari, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar, Senate Chairman, National Assembly Speaker, federal ministers, governors, chief ministers, and senior leaders of major political parties. Also in attendance were Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee Gen Sahir Shamshad Mirza, services chiefs, and top government officials.
